ALESSI

Founded in 1921 as a "Workshop for the processing of brass and nickel silver sheets, with foundry", Alessi has always been recognized for the high quality of its products. In almost a century of history it has gradually evolved, becoming a leading exponent of the "Italian design factories", capable of applying the skills and excellence achieved in design management to very different types of products. Open to change and international development, the company is at the same time deeply rooted in the tradition and cultural background of its territory: Alessi continues to be synonymous with handcrafted objects made with the help of machines. Today Alessi's mission is to translate the search for the most advanced cultural, aesthetic, executive and functional quality into industrial series production. The design product arises from the constant search for mediation between art and industry, between the "Immensity of the Creative Possible" and the needs of the market. The company's commitment is to constantly work on a boundary line, in balance between the most advanced expressions of international creativity and the desires of the public. Alessi has been defined as a "Dream Factory": through its products it aims to make its contribution to responding to people's desire for happiness, to the need for Art and Poetry common to all men.
